Guidelines

Rental Policy

 

1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the date.

2. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play with the lawn sign display.  

3. We do ask that you please do not move the sign. 

4. Please contact us if there are any problems with the sign. 

5. To avoid any damage to our sign,  we ask that you avoid mowing the lawn while the sign is placed on your lawn. If you have a Landscaper coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.

6. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the sign. 

7. This is a 24 hour rental. Set up will be early evening and removal will be approximately the same time the next day. Any requests to deviate from this must be discussed and agreed upon ahead of time.

 

Cancellation Policy

  

 

1. Cancellations made 7 days before can receive a 50% refund.

2. All cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

3. We set up your sign rain or shine unless there are extreme conditions (see below) For those requesting us to change delivery to another day due to inclement weather, we will try to accommodate you but we can not guarantee availability. Based on the above guidelines, refunds will not be given within the 7 days prior to your originally booked date. 

4. In case of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn signs.  Inclement weather includes heavy rain, lightning/thunderstorms, strong winds, snow storms, or any type of weather that would put us or our lawn signs in danger.  You will receive a full credit for future use.
